Leadership

We are industry veterans on a mission to make small and medium enterprises (SMEs) safe from cyber breaches. It starts with building a team of dedicated, high-integrity professionals singularly focused on delighting our clients and protecting their assets.

Frank Luzsicza
CEO, Co-founder

Cyber risk and security executive with 20+ years of experience supporting mid-market and large clients. Prior to Blue INK Security, Frank was CEO of Lodestone, a cyber breach investigation and prevention firm owned by a major cyber insurer. He led IBM Security in US and Asia and built the largest OT Security unit at TÜV Rheinland.

Josh Sudbury
CTO, Co-founder

Cyber security executive and breach investigator with deep technical and business leadership experience of over 17 years. Prior to Blue INK Security, Josh was Partner, Managing Principal and one of the original founders of Lodestone. He built the incident response and software development units from 0 to multi-million in 4 years.
